Dry compressed air is indispensable for fault-free performance of blasting equipment. Wet compressed air results in blockages of the abrasive.
An after cooler cools the compressed air to approximately 9°C above ambient temperature. This causes the water vapor in the compressed air to condense which is then removed by the separator.
For even a higher quality of compressed air we can fit our after coolers with a 3 micron pre-filter and a coalescing filter of 0,01 micron. This results in even dryer air and also removes oil and other contaminants.
